Sales And Service Agreement

SALES AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties

This Sales and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between www.pinbuff.com (hereinafter referred to as “Pinbuff” or the “Seller”) and the user who purchases digital products and/or services through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

Article 2 – Subject

The subject of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions regarding the sale, delivery, warranty, refund, and use of digital game codes, e-pins, game accounts, and similar digital products/services provided by Pinbuff.

Article 3 – Services

The primary services provided by Pinbuff include:

  • Sale of digital game products and codes
  • E-Pin sales
  • Sale of game accounts
  • Digital balance top-up services

Article 4 – Delivery

Delivery of digital products is completed within the timeframe specified in the product description.
Depending on supply or high demand, delivery may take up to 7 (seven) days at the latest.

Article 4.1 – Delivery Methods

Delivery is carried out digitally via the Website user panel or by email.

Article 5 – Warranty and Refund Conditions

Article 5.1 – E-Pin and Digital Code Sales

These products are single-use only.
Once delivered, they cannot be returned or canceled.
Upon delivery, the Customer is deemed to have accepted that the code is valid and usable.

Article 5.2 – Game Account Sales

Delivered accounts are placed entirely under the control of the Customer.
Pinbuff is not responsible for account bans, withdrawals, access loss, or password changes after delivery.
The warranty applies only at the moment of delivery.

Article 5.3 – Account Replacement Conditions

The Customer may request a replacement only if:

  • There is an active or resolved support ticket associated with the account.

Article 5.4 – Costumes and Visual Items

Color packages, upgrades, or variations of costumes included in accounts are considered a single costume.

Article 5.5 – Unauthorized Access and Modifications

Pinbuff shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from changes made by the Customer after delivery, including but not limited to password or email changes.

Article 6 – Campaigns and Giveaways

Pinbuff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel campaigns and giveaways organized through the Website or digital platforms without prior notice.
Users participating in such activities are deemed to have accepted this provision.

Article 7 – Payment

Payments may be made using the following methods:

  • Debit Card / Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer (EFT/Wire Transfer)
  • Approved payment systems

Delivery is initiated after payment confirmation.

Article 8 – Customer Obligations

The Customer is obliged to provide accurate information for all transactions on the Website.
Purchased products may not be transferred, copied, or used outside their intended purpose.
Pinbuff reserves the right to suspend services or terminate memberships in cases of misuse.

Article 9 – Digital Accounts

Sold digital accounts may be created by third-party platforms or sellers.
Pinbuff does not assume technical or legal responsibility for the origin or contents of such accounts.

Article 10 – Disclaimer of Liability

All digital product deliveries are logged and recorded.
The Customer may request screen recording evidence within 5 (five) days from the order date.
After this period, records are deleted.
If records cannot be provided, the Customer may request a replacement or refund.

Article 11 – Identity Verification and Security

In transactions deemed to carry a risk of fraud, Pinbuff may request identity verification from the Customer, including:

  • A copy of an identity document (front side only)
  • Confirmation that the cardholder name matches the Customer’s name
  • A selfie displaying the identity document and order information

These documents are used solely for order security, are not shared with third parties, and are protected under KVKK.
Failure to complete verification may result in order suspension or cancellation.

Article 12 – Confidentiality

Customer information is not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery.
All data is processed and stored in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Article 13 – Single-Use Products and Transfer of Responsibility

The Customer acknowledges that delivered digital products (codes, accounts, e-pins) are single-use only.
Any damages resulting from sharing such products with third parties are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Article 14 – Dispute Resolution

The primary method of dispute resolution is communication with Pinbuff customer support.
If unresolved, the Customer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

Article 15 – Legal Process and Brand Protection

The Customer agrees not to make false or misleading statements on third-party platforms that may harm the reputation of the Pinbuff brand.
Any material or moral damages arising from such actions shall be compensated by the Customer.

Article 15.1 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
The Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Arbitration Committee and Courts shall have jurisdiction.

Article 16 – Balance Usage Period

Balances loaded by the Customer are valid for 1 (one) year.
Unused balances expire automatically after this period and are non-refundable.

Article 17 – Entry into Force

By completing any purchase on www.pinbuff.com, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
